Create a suite of static and motion graphics for a multi-day promotional event at the PUMA Chadstone store. The campaign offered customers the chance to win a high-value prize with any purchase, requiring visuals that were bold, engaging, and highly effective within a fast-paced retail environment.
The concept behind the Mystery Box campaign revolved around a giant red PUMA shoebox displayed in the centre of the store. This informed the entire visual direction, shaping both the graphic treatments and animated loops used across in-store signage and digital screens. To build intrigue and anticipation, I developed a series of stop-motion - inspired animations that teased the mystery element of the prize. These playful, animations were designed to catch foot traffick into Puma.
The campaign was a major success, contributing to a notable uplift in sales at the PUMA Chadstone store. The creative was well received, delivered on a tight turnaround, and generated high engagement - with multiple winners announced each day.
The "Puma Mystery Box" at the Puma Chadstone store was a limited-time promotional event where any purchase made during the promotion period, entered customers into a prize draw for a PUMA Mystery Box. These boxes contained PUMA merchandise, and the event was a marketing campaign to increase sales and foot traffic at the Chadstone store.
